Rep. Davis releases CBC Health Care letters to Speaker Pelosi and President Obama

The Congressional Black Caucus today released copies of letters to Speaker Pelosi and President Obama on the urgency of real health care reform. The letters set out the basic principles which the caucus believes must be included in the final legislation. The letters are linked below.

Rethinking Federal Sentencing Policy

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Sentencing Reform Act, theCongressional Black Caucus Community Re-Investment Taskforce is hostinga sentencing symposium, entitled "Rethinking Federal Sentencing Policy,25th Anniversary of the Sentencing Reform Act." We would be honored ifyou would attend the sentencing symposium.
