Here is a tip to make life a little easier for workers by alerting them about a special tax credit that can put money in their pockets.

EITC is a tax benefit for working people and their families and it allows more dollars to flow into our community. Congressman Danny K. Davis (IL07) is an original co-sponsor of legislation led by Congresswoman Linda T. Sánchez (CA-38) to prevent federal projects, buildings, statues, or lands from being named after Donald J. Trump. HR 484, The No Glory for Hate Act, would prohibit the use of federal funds for any project commemorating a president twice impeached by the House of Representatives and would further restrict the benefits afforded them after leaving office.

I wish I could say that I was totally surprised by the events at the Capitol today but in truth we have been heading inexorably to this moment for the past five years.

I wish I could say that I was totally surprised by the events at the Capitol today but in truth we have been heading inexorably
to this moment for the past five years. This a shameful moment in our history, but we have come too far as a people, we have
achieved too much, we have overcome too much to go back.
