Madam Speaker, the residents of my district and in districts all over America are jumping for joy. And they’re jumping because they see this bill like manna from heaven.

Money for contact tracers. Money for vaccines. Money for their pockets. Money to help reopen schools. Unemployment checks. Tax credits for children. Money for hospitals, health centers, nursing homes, daycare centers, state, county and local governments. Money for poor families, poor children, homeless youth, small businesses, restaurants, rental assistance, and mortgage payments so they can stay in their homes.

You name it; it’s in this bill. Joe Biden to the rescue.

Thank God for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer, and especially for the people in Georgia. I will vote for this bill. I will vote yes. Yes, I will vote to rescue and save America. And, I yield back my time.
