In this new 114^thCongress, I remain committed to my duty to create a better America and improve lives of my constituents in 7^thDistrict of Illinois. To reach this end, I will serve on the powerful House  Committee on Ways and Means, and on two subcommittees, Health as well as Human Resources, with special focus on issues of taxation, job creation, poverty, health care, education, youth and criminal justice reform.

Criminal Justice Reform is my priority
